UPDATE: The below steps were written for Windows Feature Update 1903, however, they also work for 2004 since I just updated. However, note the percentages when the computer restarts were different. I didn't record them since the update took so long, I just spammed [F2] while reading a book.

I was having some of the documented problems on the ROG forums updating my Strix to Windows Feature Update 1903. I saw a solution on there that I tried and it worked for me:
- Start the Update
- Wait for the Update to get to ~29%
- When the Update Starts to Reset, the Screen will Go Black and the Keys will Flash, The second this starts happening SPAM [F2] to go to BIOS
- When the Machine gets to the Glasses Logo, it should go to BIOS immediately after
- In the BIOS, Discard changes and exit
- The Screen goes black, click the power button once, and the machine turns off
- Turn the machine back on, and it may prompt to do a disk check, cancel it, and it should resume the windows update
- Around ~75% the process repeats again
- Once the update got to 100% I got to the login screen. Hope this helps some folks!
