In the scenario you messed up and left in a clip you want to delete and then shift the whole video over, use: Ctrl + Shift + F to delete the gap and auto ripple the clips back in place.

UPDATE: The below steps were written for Windows Feature Update 1903, however, they also work for 2004 since I just updated. However, note the percentages when the computer restarts were different. I didn't record them since the update took so long, I just spammed [F2] while reading a book.
